What your team pays
HubSpot bills by seat (or user), so a team pays the per-seat rate above times the people who need a login. Here is that math at the team sizes we get asked about, monthly billing next to the annual rate (what you pay per month when a year is paid up front):
| Plan | Seats | Monthly billing | Billed annually |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1 seat | $20/mo | $15/mo ($180/yr) |
| Starter | 5 seats | $100/mo | $75/mo ($900/yr) |
| Starter | 10 seats | $200/mo | $150/mo ($1,800/yr) |
| Professional | 1 seat | $100/mo | $90/mo ($1,080/yr) |
| Professional | 5 seats | $500/mo | $450/mo ($5,400/yr) |
| Professional | 10 seats | $1,000/mo | $900/mo ($10,800/yr) |
| Enterprise | 1 seat | $150/mo | $150/mo ($1,800/yr) |
| Enterprise | 5 seats | $750/mo | $750/mo ($9,000/yr) |
| Enterprise | 10 seats | $1,500/mo | $1,500/mo ($18,000/yr) |
Straight multiplication of the per-seat rates in the plan table above - no volume discounts, add-ons or negotiated enterprise rates. A vendor's own calculator is the last word before you buy.
Who it is for
Teams that want a free CRM to start and a documented upgrade path they can grow into.
Who it is not for
Small teams on a tight budget - the jump from Starter to Professional is $80 per seat per month, plus a required $1,500 onboarding fee.
Where these numbers came from
The Starter and Professional per-seat rates ($20 / $100 monthly, $15 / $90 annually) are printed on hubspot.com/pricing/crm, read 2026-09-27. HubSpot's Enterprise tier is quoted on the same page at $150 per seat per month. Monthly list rates re-read on the vendor's own pages on 2026-10-05 ($20/mo/seat Starter shown struck through next to a new-customer promo, $100/mo/seat Professional struck through, $150/mo/seat Enterprise on hubspot.com/pricing/sales). The $15 annual Starter rate was not visible on 2026-10-05 (the page shows a 'new customers only' $7 promo instead), so the annual column keeps its 2026-09-27 date. On 2026-10-13 the Product and Services Catalog at legal.hubspot.com/hubspot-product-and-services-catalog printed the free edition as up to two users, with up to 1,000 contacts in free accounts, and printed Sales Hub Professional onboarding as a required one-time fee of $1,500. The same catalog prints Sales Hub Starter, Professional and Enterprise as starting at $20, $100 and $150 per month per seat. It does not reprint the annual dollars, so those stay the 2026-09-27 reading.
