Best all-in-one CRM for an agency in 2026

An agency does not buy a CRM, it buys a delivery platform: pipelines, funnels, calendars, SMS and a client portal, billed per sub-account rather than per seat. These are the real prices for the four all-in-one tools we track, re-checked from the vendors' own pricing pages this week.

Prices last re-checked 2026-09-27. Every number below is read from the vendor's own pricing page.

What to watch: Every plan price, annual total and add-on price on this page was read from gohighlevel.com/pricing itself. GoHighLevel does not publish a free plan. On 2026-10-11 the plan cards said 14 days free, and the page's own disclaimer said billing starts automatically unless you cancel, and phone, text, email, and AI usage fees can apply during the trial. Add-ons are extra. Some are billed per sub-account, some are a flat monthly fee, and WordPress hosting is per site. The same page also lists the certification program at $97 a month, online listings at $30 a month per sub-account, the premium prospecting tool at $29 a month per sub-account, and WordPress hosting from $10 a month per site. On 2026-10-12 the Unlimited card carried GoHighLevel's own Most Popular badge. This page does not treat that badge as a count of customers.

The monthly toggle was not opened, so the monthly column stays the 2026-10-05 reading. Each card says a 14-day trial with no credit card. The Premium card carries Pipedrive's own Most Popular badge. This page does not treat that badge as a count of customers. Add-on starting prices were read on the annual view. Prices are per seat, so a 5-person team pays five times the seat rate.

No. Some links are affiliate links and we may earn a commission if you buy through one, at no extra cost to you. The order of the picks is set by price and fit, not by commission.

If you are reselling this to clients: GoHighLevel SaaS mode

Every plan above is priced for one account. The plan that turns the platform into a product you sell is Agency Pro at $497/mo ($4,970 billed yearly) — it is the only tier with SaaS mode, automated sub-account creation and rebilling with markup. That is the difference between using GoHighLevel and reselling GoHighLevel.

What to watch: SaaS mode is the top plan, not an add-on, and phone/email rebilling is billed per sub-account on top. Run the numbers on your client count before you commit — the sticker price is not the monthly bill once you have clients.
