About AI Tool Authority

AI Tool Authority is run by Jason Albera, who tracks what business software actually costs. Every price on this site was read from the vendor's own pricing page, and every table carries the date we read it. We re-check those pages on a weekly schedule and publish the changes.

How we make money

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up for a tool through one of them, the vendor may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra, and it never changes what we publish: we list the plans we would tell a friend to avoid, and we say who each tool is not for.

What we do not do

• We do not invent ratings, testimonials or "we tested it for 30 days" claims.
• We do not publish a price we have not read on the vendor's own page, unless we label it clearly as unverified.
• We do not hide the date. If a number is stale, you will see it.

How we check prices

1. A scheduled job opens each vendor's own pricing page every week and reads the plan names, monthly and annual prices, and plan limits into one dataset.
2. If a vendor hides a number behind JavaScript or a sales form, we say so on the page and label where the number came from instead of guessing.
3. Every page on this site is generated from that one dataset. Before anything is published, automated checks compare every price, date and "cheapest" claim on every page against the dataset and block the release if one disagrees.
4. Changes are logged on the price changes page with the date we saw them.

The pages are drafted with the help of an AI assistant working from that dataset, under the rules above. We do not claim hands-on tests we did not run, and we do not publish ratings.
