Best CRM for Recruiters: 4 Tools Compared at Their Own Prices

Recruiting is a pipeline job with a people problem: every open role has a client, a shortlist, and a dozen half-finished conversations. This is the best CRM for recruiters, based on the four CRMs this site tracks in depth, with every price read from the vendors' own pricing pages and their published plan limits on 2026-10-19. One flag: recruiting-specific features are not a separate line item here - this page ranks general CRMs that recruiting desks run on.

Prices last re-checked 2026-09-27. Numbers are read from each vendor's own pricing page; any exception is flagged under "What to watch".
