Calendly pricing 2026
Every plan, the real annual cost, and who should not buy it. Last checked 2026-10-12.
Short answer: Calendly Standard is $10/seat yearly ($12 monthly) and Teams is $16 ($20); Notetaker and Callie make those $18 and $24 yearly ($24 and $32). Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year, from 50 seats. The Teams card's Popular plan badge is Calendly's, not a customer count.
Some links below are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. How this works.
First-party, vendor's own page: Calendly prints the yearly per-seat rate by default. The month-to-month rates and the Notetaker prices are in the same page's plan data, which is what the billing toggle and the Add Notetaker and Callie control use. The free plan is one event type and one calendar connection. The Teams card carries Calendly's own Popular plan badge. This page does not treat that badge as a count of customers.

What your team pays
Calendly bills by seat (or user), so a team pays the per-seat rate above times the people who need a login. Here is that math at the team sizes we get asked about, monthly billing next to the annual rate (what you pay per month when a year is paid up front):
| Plan | Seats | Monthly billing | Billed annually |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | 1 seat | $12/mo | $10/mo ($120/yr) |
| Standard | 5 seats | $60/mo | $50/mo ($600/yr) |
| Standard | 10 seats | $120/mo | $100/mo ($1,200/yr) |
| Standard Plus | 1 seat | $24/mo | $18/mo ($216/yr) |
| Standard Plus | 5 seats | $120/mo | $90/mo ($1,080/yr) |
| Standard Plus | 10 seats | $240/mo | $180/mo ($2,160/yr) |
| Teams | 1 seat | $20/mo | $16/mo ($192/yr) |
| Teams | 5 seats | $100/mo | $80/mo ($960/yr) |
| Teams | 10 seats | $200/mo | $160/mo ($1,920/yr) |
| Teams Plus | 1 seat | $32/mo | $24/mo ($288/yr) |
| Teams Plus | 5 seats | $160/mo | $120/mo ($1,440/yr) |
| Teams Plus | 10 seats | $320/mo | $240/mo ($2,880/yr) |
Straight multiplication of the per-seat rates in the plan table above - no volume discounts, add-ons or negotiated enterprise rates. A vendor's own calculator is the last word before you buy.
Who it is for
Anyone who books meetings and wants the most widely recognised booking link.
Who it is not for
Teams that need routing rules or round-robin on the free or Standard tier - that is Teams and up.
Where these numbers came from
Read from calendly.com/pricing on 2026-10-12. The yearly cards show Standard $10 per seat per month (save 17%) and Teams $16 (save 20%). The page header says save up to 20%. The same page's plan data prices the monthly toggle at $12 and $20, and prices the Add Notetaker and Callie control at Standard Plus $24 month to month or $18 yearly and Teams Plus $32 or $24. The visible base cards say Notetaker is not included. Free lists one event type and one calendar connection. Enterprise says starts at $15k a year and starts at 50 seats. An older note that Standard includes 6 calendar connections is not what this page prints.
