Cheapest CRM for real estate in 2026
Real estate CRMs are sold per seat and the cheap tier is usually the one without texting. These are the real prices for the CRMs we track, including the ones with a usable free tier.
Prices read from the vendors' own pricing pages on 2026-09-27. Re-checked weekly. How we check.
The short answer
- Cheapest paid seat: Zoho CRM. Standard is the lowest paid seat here and the free tier covers up to 3 users, which is enough for a small team. Check Zoho CRM →
- Best free tier: HubSpot. Free covers unlimited users and a real pipeline, so a solo agent can run on it until the automation wall. Check HubSpot →
- Best if you want texting and follow-up in one bill: GoHighLevel. $97/mo with unlimited contacts and users; more than a CRM, but it replaces three subscriptions. Check GoHighLevel →

What each one is actually for
Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is free for up to 3 users, then $14 per user per month on Standard, $23 on Professional, $40 on Enterprise and $52 on Ultimate, billed annually.
Best for: Small sales teams that want a real CRM with a free tier and the cheapest paid entry in this cluster.
Not for: Teams that want one vendor for everything - Zoho's other products are priced separately.
Zoho prints the annual per-user rate by default; the monthly-billing rates come from the page's monthly toggle. Zoho's free tier caps at 3 users, which is the lowest free-user cap in this cluster.

HubSpot's CRM is free for unlimited users, then $20 per seat per month on Starter and $100 per seat per month on Professional for the Sales Hub, billed monthly.
Best for: Teams that want a free CRM to start and a documented upgrade path they can grow into.
Not for: Small teams on a tight budget - the jump from Starter to Professional is $80 per seat per month.
HubSpot's free tier is genuinely free and unlimited, but the paid tiers are per seat and the marketing-contact limits are separate from your CRM contacts - read both numbers before comparing it to a flat-rate CRM.
See HubSpot pricing →Pipedrive
Pipedrive starts at $14 per seat per month on Essential, $34 on Advanced, $49 on Professional and $64 on Power, billed annually; monthly billing costs more.
Best for: Sales teams that want a pipeline-first CRM and will pay annually for the lower seat price.
Not for: Anyone who needs marketing automation or a helpdesk in the same bill - Pipedrive is sales-only.
Pipedrive prints the annual per-seat rate by default; the monthly-billing rates come from the page's monthly toggle. Pipedrive's own page states the annual figures are the discounted rate.
See Pipedrive pricing →GoHighLevel
GoHighLevel is $97/mo Starter, $297/mo Unlimited and $497/mo Agency Pro, or $970 / $2,970 / $4,970 billed yearly. Every plan includes unlimited contacts and unlimited users.
Best for: Agencies reselling marketing services to local businesses.
Not for: A solo creator who just wants to send a newsletter.
Every plan price, annual total and add-on price on this page was read from gohighlevel.com/pricing itself. GoHighLevel does not publish a free plan, and the add-ons are billed per sub-account, so the sticker price is not the monthly bill for an agency with clients.

- Write down the number of people who will log in. That is your seat count, and it is what the price scales on.
- Check the free tier against your real list size or contact count, not the marketing number.
- Only pay for the tier that removes the wall you have actually hit.
- Re-check the price before you buy — every number here is re-read weekly, but vendors change tiers without notice.
