What happens when an identifier is on both lists?
The page shows every matching device and refuses to pick. 2BRELD is the example: 2 Bros ELD is registered and 2BRO ELD is revoked.
Where do the 60 days come from?
FMCSA states a 60-day replacement window on the revocation notice. This page adds 60 days to the removed date. 49 CFR 395.22(a) is the separate duty to use a registered ELD, not the sentence that creates those 60 days.
Which date should a fleet use?
When the snapshot has an out-of-service date, that is the date FMCSA published. The calculated date is removed date plus 60 days. If they differ, the published out-of-service date is the one on the notice.
